A little about me

Hi, I’m Janet.

I’m a minister, teacher, spiritual guide, human design practitioner, certified life purpose coach, and someone who understands what it’s like to wake up one day and realize you’ve been living a life that looks good on paper, but doesn’t quite feel like your own.

For many years I did what was expected.

          • I followed paths that made sense to other people.
          • I made decisions that pleased the people around me.
          • I checked all the “right” boxes.

From the outside, things looked pretty good.

Career?
Responsible adult life?

Nice car and an exceptional collection of shoes?
Looking like I had everything figured out?

But inside there was a quiet discontent I couldn’t ignore.

Eventually I had to ask myself a question I had somehow managed to avoid for a very long time:

What do I want?

It turns out that’s a powerful—and slightly terrifying—question.

But it changed everything.

My turning point

When I finally stopped living from obligation and started listening to my own inner wisdom, something remarkable happened.

The dissatisfaction began to dissolve.

Self-judgment softened.

The parts of me I once hid started to feel valuable.

The voice inside me became clearer and stronger.

I realized nothing was “wrong” with me. I simply hadn’t been living in alignment with who I truly was.

(Which, it turns out, is something many women discover somewhere between midlife and “I’m officially done pretending.”)

Once I saw that, there was no going back.

What I do now

Today I help spiritually aware women reconnect with themselves and remember who they truly are.

Not through fluff.

Not through spiritual bypassing.

And definitely not through pretending everything can be solved with a vision board and a scented candle.

Through honest conversation, spiritual principles, and practical tools, I support women who are ready to:

• recognize (and crush) the beliefs that have kept them small
• reconnect with their inner wisdom and intuition
• reclaim dreams they once set aside
• trust their brilliance and value
• step into the next chapter of their lives with clarity and courage

Because the truth is, the life you’re meant for isn’t something you chase.

It’s something you allow yourself to step into.

A small truth I've learned along the way

If you’re waiting for a sign from the universe - this might be it.

Not the lightning-bolt kind.

More like the gentle nudge that says: "Maybe it’s time."

Or at the very least, "Maybe it’s time to stop ignoring that inner voice that keeps showing up."

A Few Human Things About Me

While I do love a good conversation about consciousness, purpose, and the nature of reality, I’m also a perfectly normal human being.

  • I believe intuition is real, spiritual growth is lifelong, and perfection is wildly overrated.

  • I love deep conversations about life, meaning, and the universe -  preferably over coffee, a good glass of wine, or a vodka martini.

  • I’m endlessly fascinated by the ways our beliefs shape our lives—sometimes brilliantly, and sometimes in ways that make us say, “Well, that explains a few things.”

  • I think humor belongs in spiritual conversations. If we can’t laugh along the way, we’re probably taking ourselves too seriously.

  • I’ve learned that the bravest thing we can do is be honest about who we are and what we truly want.

  • I love shoes. Truly love them, which is slightly ironic considering I usually wear the same pair of Skechers everywhere.

Somewhere along the way I stopped trying to have everything perfectly figured out.

It turns out life works much better when we’re willing to stay curious, stay honest, and occasionally laugh at ourselves.

If you're feeling that nudge

You don’t have to figure everything out today.

But if something in you recognizes something in me, you’re warmly invited to reach out.

Sometimes the next step begins with a simple conversation.
